Hexed Adds Tracey Ullman and Stephen Fry to Voice Cast, Promises Monday Night Football Look

Walt Disney Animation Studios has added Tracey Ullman and Stephen Fry to the voice cast of Hexed. Ullman voices the enchanted feather quill Ms. Quill, while Fry voices the magical journal Elias Quire. They join previously announced cast members Hailee Steinfeld and Rashida Jones. Disney says an exclusive look at the film will air during Monday Night Football on ABC and ESPN.

The trailer introduces Billie, an unconventional teenager voiced by Steinfeld, and her cautious mother, Alice, voiced by Jones. After Billie accidentally discovers her magical abilities, she enters the realm of Hexe, where she meets Ms. Quill and Elias Quire. Disney describes the story as one in which Billie’s journey leads her to uncover family mysteries.

Fawn Veerasunthorn and Jason Hand direct Hexed, with Josie Trinidad as co-director; Roy Conli and Yvett Merino are producers. The film is scheduled to open exclusively in theaters on November 25, 2026. Disney’s October 1 Disney+ Explore article had already featured the official trailer and release information; this announcement adds Ullman and Fry to the film’s named voice cast.
