Insider suggests iPhone 18e may retain 60Hz refresh rate
A claim shared on social media indicates that Apple's future iPhone 18e will likely bypass 120Hz ProMotion technology in favor of a standard 60Hz display.
DNA Brief
Signal Summary
Recent speculation points to Apple maintaining a display performance gap by allegedly excluding high-refresh-rate screens from its entry-level iPhone 18 series hardware.
Why It Matters
This suggests that Apple may continue to use ProMotion as a primary differentiator between its base and premium models for several more years.
