Nintendo Everything reports The James Pond Legacy is in development for Nintendo Switch 2
Nintendo Everything reported that The James Pond Legacy: The Pond Is Not Enough is in development for Nintendo Switch 2, with a release planned for October. The collection is set to bring 12 versions of four James Pond games to the platform.
DNA Brief
Signal Summary
The compilation is expected to include versions spanning the Amiga 500, Mega Drive / Genesis, Super Nintendo Entertainment System, and Commodore 64. Nintendo Everything also noted plans for an interactive hub, a new song, and a limited physical run.
Why It Matters
The project could give Nintendo Switch 2 players access to a broad selection of James Pond’s retro catalog in one package. Its limited physical production may also make it notable to collectors.
