NVIDIA’s Singapore AI Day spotlights regional deployments as Sea adopts Vera Rubin

NVIDIA’s Singapore AI Day showcased Southeast Asian AI projects spanning public services, localized models and Sea Limited’s adoption of the NVIDIA Vera Rubin platform.

Full Report

Held September 22–23 at Singapore’s Raffles City Convention Centre, NVIDIA AI Day Singapore featured hands-on training, expert-led sessions and tools for AI and high-performance computing. NVIDIA’s event announcement highlighted partner work across Southeast Asia, including public-sector AI and models and applications tailored to regional needs.

NVIDIA said Sea Limited was the first enterprise in the ASEAN region to adopt its Vera Rubin platform, with plans to use it to build and deploy AI models and intelligent agents at greater scale. Other examples included Viettel AI adapting Nemotron models for Vietnamese-language applications and ThaiLLM Collaboration members exploring Nemotron for legal use cases.

Why This Matters

The examples show that NVIDIA’s regional push involves more than computing infrastructure: it also connects enterprises, public-sector work and partner efforts to adapt AI for local languages and applications. Sea’s adoption links that infrastructure expansion to a major regional service provider.
