Pokémon Craft Exhibition’s Miyagi Stop to Feature About 100 Works

A Pokémon official video spotlights the Miyagi venue of 「ポケモン×工芸展―美とわざの大発見―」. The exhibition runs at Tohoku History Museum from October 10 to December 27, 2026, and is the tour’s final stop in Japan.

Full Report

A video on Pokémon’s official YouTube channel highlights the Miyagi venue of 「ポケモン×工芸展―美とわざの大発見―」. The exhibition is scheduled for Tohoku History Museum from October 10 through December 27, 2026. Miyagi is the final stop on the exhibition’s tour in Japan.

The venue is set to display about 100 works—the largest number presented at any stop so far—and will include new works. The exhibition has toured in Japan and overseas since 2023. Tohoku History Museum says the works are by 20 artists representing contemporary Japanese craft, with varied approaches to portraying Pokémon through craft.

Why This Matters

The Miyagi venue combines the tour’s domestic finale with its largest presentation to date, and planned new works distinguish it from earlier stops.
