Full Report

Pokémon Sleep has announced “Event: Packed Portions Cooking Week Part 3.” The event and its missions run from October 5, 2026, at 4:00 a.m. to October 12 at 3:59 a.m., and apply in all areas. The event highlights Ingredient-specialty helpers. The official notice also lists Pokémon with increased encounter rates, with Foongus and Amoonguss in the higher-rate group.

The cooking pot will be twice its usual size during the event and four times its usual size on Sunday. Dishes restore 5 additional Energy, and Ingredient-specialty helpers bring one extra ingredient each time they deliver ingredients as usual. The event also boosts final Strength gains from dishes and the number of ingredients gathered by main skills; Extra Tasty dishes and Sunday dishes receive higher Strength multipliers.

A limited-time Mini Candy Boost will also be available. It gives helper Pokémon twice the usual EXP from candy, in exchange for four times the usual Dream Shard cost per candy, and can be used with up to 50 candies per day. The feature is turned on by default during the event and will no longer be available once it ends.

Why This Matters

The event’s bonuses target cooking and ingredient gathering, while Mini Candy Boost offers a temporary way to level helpers faster at a higher Dream Shard cost. The Sunday pot and dish multipliers also make the event’s benefits vary by day.
