Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown Game Trial runs through September 30

Nintendo’s Game Trial for Prince of Persia The Lost Crown is available from September 24 at 10 a.m. PT through September 30 at 11:59 p.m. PT. Nintendo Switch Online members can download and play the full Nintendo Switch game during that window at no additional cost. Players who buy the game during or after the offer can keep their save data.

Set in a mythological Persian world, the action-adventure platformer stars Sargon and features acrobatic combat and abilities that manipulate time. Nintendo is also offering the digital version at 70% off through October 7 at 11:59 p.m. PT. Members can earn 100 My Nintendo Platinum Points by trying the Game Trial and completing a mission.

The game was already available on Nintendo Switch before this promotion: Nintendo’s January 2024 announcement introduced the game and pointed players to a free demo. This Game Trial gives eligible members a limited-time opportunity to try the full game, with progress preserved if they later purchase it. The trial and sale have different end dates: the trial closes September 30, while the discount continues through October 7.
