Qlik details enterprise AI architecture and customer results for Qlik Answers on Amazon Bedrock
AWS's case study says Qlik Answers became generally available in February 2026 and draws on sources including knowledge bases, analytics apps, glossaries, and documents. It also describes deployments and reported outcomes at Bystronic, Lintech International, and TouchPoint Support Services.

Full Report
AWS published a Qlik case study on October 7 describing how Qlik Answers uses Amazon Bedrock to provide answers across structured and unstructured enterprise data for Qlik's more than 40,000 customers. Qlik Answers became generally available in February 2026. AWS says the majority of Qlik Cloud accounts with agentic tools enabled actively use them.
Qlik Answers can route questions to knowledge bases, live analytics apps, glossary definitions, or documents. Amazon OpenSearch Service handles indexing and retrieval for unstructured documents, while Qlik's LLM gateway connects to Amazon Bedrock. Qlik applies Amazon Bedrock Guardrails to every request and response, including content filters and grounding validation.
The AWS article gives several customer examples. Bystronic deployed an AI chatbot in 15 minutes to let employees query real-time operations data and receive sourced answers. Lintech International indexed more than 17,000 technical documents and reported 75% faster response times; it also said Qlik Answers returned as much as seven hours a week to business managers. TouchPoint Support Services uses Qlik Answers to provide compliance-aligned guidance to 15,000 staff across 650 healthcare sites.
Qlik is evaluating Amazon Bedrock AgentCore for selected workloads to reduce operational overhead. That is a different stage from the HEMA case AWS described, in which the retailer built its internal assistant HAL on AgentCore and MCP to bring company knowledge into chat and developer tools. Together, the cases show distinct enterprise approaches to AWS's agent tooling; the Qlik article focuses on Qlik Answers' data routing, safeguards, and reported customer use.
Why This Matters
The case study gives enterprise teams concrete implementation details: how data sources feed answers, which service supports document retrieval, and how safeguards are applied to requests and responses. Its customer examples also attach reported deployment and response-time outcomes to those design choices, while remaining customer results reported in a case study rather than independently established benchmarks.
