Pokémon Sleep says Foongus and Amoonguss will begin appearing in sleep research from 15:00 on October 5, 2026. Both are Poison-type Pokémon, and their corresponding incenses can also be used from that time.
They can appear at Greengrass Isle, Lapis Lakeside, Amber Canyon, Greengrass Isle EX and Cyan Beach EX. Pokémon Sleep says encounters will be more likely at Cyan Beach EX than in the other listed areas. Both Foongus and Amoonguss use the Dozing sleep type.
