MacRumors reports Apple is being linked to a 20th anniversary iPhone expected in the fall of 2027. The outlet says the device is rumored to feature a more ambitious design push than recent models.
According to MacRumors, the anniversary iPhone is being described as a major reset for Apple’s flagship phone. The report ties the device to a cluster of design and display rumors that have circulated for more than a year.
If Apple follows through on the reported direction, this could shape the look of future iPhones for years. Fans watching the lineup will also be tracking whether Apple skips a number and how far it pushes the design overhaul.
Source is a MacRumors reporter piece with clear attribution, but the device details are presented as rumors rather than confirmed plans.
Start with the primary evidence, then review supporting sources and context.
